Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: July 4, 2026
California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Here's what that means and how to submit a request.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains that right and how to exercise it.
What Sale or Sharing Means
Under California law, sale and sharing can include disclosing certain data — such as identifiers or online activity — to advertising and analytics partners, even when no money changes hands. We do not sell your data for money.
Your Right to Opt Out
You can direct us not to sell or share your personal information. Once you opt out, we will honor your choice and will not sell or share your information unless you later authorize it.
How to Submit a Request
To opt out, email support@marinefam.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or adjust your cookie preferences in our cookie banner where shown. We will confirm your request by email.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will only use information you provide for verification to confirm your identity.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
