You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for all activity under your account.

Products & pricing

We describe our marine parts and gear as accurately as possible, but colors, specifications and availability may vary. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and confirmation of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

Fulfillment

Online orders are processed and supported directly by MarineFam and may ship from our warehouse, fulfillment network, or U.S. distribution locations.

Shipping area

Customers must provide a valid shipping address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns & warranties

Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, and manufacturer coverage is described in our Warranty Policy. Please review both before purchasing.

Product safety
