- Where does MarineFam ship?
- MarineFam ships only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over $99.99 qualify for free Standard Shipping. Orders under $99.99 ship for a flat $7.99.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is usually 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Where do orders ship from?
- Online orders are processed and supported directly by MarineFam. Some orders may ship from our warehouse, fulfillment network, or U.S. distribution locations. MarineFam remains your customer-service contact for every order.
- Can I return an item?
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging. All returns require an RMA number.
- Who pays return shipping?
- Standard returns are customer-paid return shipping. MarineFam provides a prepaid label only for confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or MarineFam-error shipments.
- Where do approved returns go?
- Approved returns are sent to MarineFam Returns, MARINE1001 LLC, 216 Three Islands Blvd #201, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, unless MarineFam provides a different written return address in the RMA instructions.
- Do you offer exchanges?
- MarineFam does not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
- Do products include a warranty?
- Many products may include a manufacturer's limited warranty, if available. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and vary by product.
- Are you affiliated with West Marine or marine manufacturers?
- No. MarineFam is an independent online marine retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by West Marine, Garmin, Raymarine, Attwood, or any other manufacturer or retailer unless clearly stated.
