Return & Refund Policy

Return window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, parts, tags, inserts, protective materials, and documentation included.

RMA required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or returned to the sender.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact MarineFam at support@marinefam.com or (321) 966-9604 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, MarineFam will issue an RMA number and return instructions by email.

Return address

Approved returns should be shipped to MarineFam’s return address unless MarineFam provides a different written return address in the RMA instructions:

Please use only the return address provided by MarineFam in your approved RMA instructions.

Return shipping

Standard returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, no-longer-needed items, or customer ordering mistakes are customer-paid return shipping.

Prepaid return label

MarineFam will provide a prepaid return label only for confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect item, missing item, or MarineFam-error shipments.

Restocking fee

MarineFam does not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible standard returns. Refund deductions may apply if an item is returned used, installed, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, missing accessories, or not in the condition required by this policy.

Refund timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed MarineFam error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Non-returnable items

Installed, used, altered, cut, modified, damaged-after-delivery, or incomplete items are not eligible for standard return. Opened safety equipment, opened electronics, cut wire, cut rope, cut hose, special-order items, clearance/final-sale items, hazardous materials, chemicals, fluids, paints, sealants, flares, batteries, and items missing original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

MarineFam does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.
